SUMMARY: The Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia appealed from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Tribunal of Nova Scotia alleging an error of jurisdiction.
ISSUE: Whether there was an error of jurisdiction material to the result.
RESULT: The Nova Scotia Court of Appeal held that it was not shown that there was any jurisdictional error that was material to the result reached by the Tribunal. That being so, it is not necessary to pronounce further respecting the alleged errors on the Tribunal’s part.
