SUMMARY:              The appellant appealed a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Tribunal which affirmed a decision denying him  four months of temporary total disability benefits on the basis that his condition was not proved to be causally related to his previous work-site injury.

 

ISSUE:                       Did the Tribunal commit jurisdictional error?

 

RESULT:                  Appeal dismissed.  No error of jurisdiction.
