SUBJECT:                           PRACTICE - Striking Jury Notice - Exercise of Discretion by Chambers Judge

 

SUMMARY:                          A Chambers judge granted an application to strike a jury notice on the grounds that the matter was complex.

 

ISSUE:                                   Whether the Chambers judge erred.
