SUMMARY:                          The appellant was convicted in Provincial Court of trafficking in cocaine and sentenced to three years incarceration.

 

ISSUES:                                Was the verdict unreasonable?

Was the sentence unfit?

 

RESULT:                              Conviction appeal dismissed. The evidence of identification is sufficient and reasonably capable of supporting the conviction. Sentence appeal dismissed.
