The reasons for judgment of the Court were delivered orally by:

JONES, J.A.:

This is an appeal from an order in the Supreme Court ordering the termination of a mobile home tenancy.  The landlord filed a complaint with the Residential Tenancy Board complaining that the tenant had violated the lease and regulations by failing to keep the premises and mobile home in a clean and proper condition.  The Board held a hearing and found that the tenant had failed to comply with the conditions of the lease.  The Board found that the conditions were reasonable.  The question as to whether the tenant had complied with the conditions was a question of fact for the Board.  We see no error on the part of the trial judge in confirming the report of the Board and would therefore dismiss the appeal.

There was an order of this Court on December 30, 1996 granting a stay of the order pending the determination of the appeal.  In the circumstances the termination date is extended to May 31, 1997 subject to the terms set forth in the order granting the stay.

Jones, J.A.
