SUMMARY:                                                                The trial judge granted joint custody of three young children, with the principal residence to be with the father, when he was not away at sea. When he was away, for four months a year, the principal residence was to be with the mother.

 

ISSUES:                                                    Whether the Supreme Court justice erred.
