THE COURT: Appeal dismissed per oral reasons for judgment of Hallett, J.A.; Chipman and Roscoe, JJ.A. concurring.
The reasons for judgment of the Court were delivered orally by:
HALLETT, J.A.:
The appeals from conviction and sentence are dismissed. We are of the opinion the trial judge conducted this uncomplicated trial in a manner that was fair to the appellant. We have considered the sentences imposed for the offences. The total sentence of four years for these offences was a fit sentence given the nature of the offences and the circumstances of the offender.
