SUMMARY:                          The appellant claimed that the Residential Tenancies Board and the Supreme Court judge erred in finding he was in arrears of rent.

 

ISSUE:                                   Did the Residential Tenancies Board and the Supreme Court judge err in finding that the appellant was in arrears of rent?

 

RESULT:                              The appeal was dismissed without costs.  The Residential Tenancies Board and the Supreme Court judge did not commit an error of law  in finding that the appellant was in arrears of rent.
