SUBJECT: Breach of Condition of Conditional Sentence - s. 742.6 Criminal Code of Canada, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46
SUMMARY: Following a hearing, a Provincial Court Judge found the appellant to be in breach of one of the conditions of a conditional sentence which had been imposed upon the appellant on August 7th, 1997. The Provincial Court Judge revoked the conditional sentence and directed the appellant to be committed into custody for the remainder of his sentence.
Appeal dismissed. The Provincial Court Judge made no reviewable error in his findings, or his disposition of the matter.
