MACLEOD APPELLANT - AND ANNE-MICHELLE MILLER RESPONDENT John MacLeod, personally; Anne-Michelle Miller, personally. 1992, July 28th, Palmeter, C.J.C.C.: This is an appeal by way of Stated Case from a decision of Nancy L. MacCready, an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, dated July 15th, 1992. I heard submissions by both parties on December 5th, 1991 and required the Adjudicator to file a Supplemental Report as to whether the counterclaim in the matter was heard by the Adjudicator and determined. By a Supplemental Report dated July 20th, 1992 the Adjudicator indicated that the counterclaim had been considered and dismissed at the original hearing.
I will accordingly dismiss the Appeal herein and confirm the decision of the learned Adjudicator. // / / ? -- ~/~---JUdge of the County Court of District Number One
