SUBJECT:                           Condition of custody - not to remove children from specific geographic area in Nova Scotia

 

SUMMARY:                          The applicant requests a condition to custody that the mother not be allowed to removed the children from Y. to K. permanently. Blois v. Blois and Gordon v. Goertz considered.

 

ISSUE:                                   Whether the mother should be prevented by Court Order from removing the children from S. to K. permanently.

 

RESULT:                              Condition ordered that neither party remove the children permanently from [...] County. The father had a major role to play in the children’s lives.
