Issue:                                    Reduction in Child Support

 

Summary:                The applicant applied for a reduction in child support and provided the                                   Court with financial information that showed steady income as a lobster                                fisherman for three years.  His 2008/2009 income indicates a reduction                                    of 54% in both present and prospective income.

 

 

 

 

Result:                      Child Support reduced based on the Applicants prospective income which                             had decreased 54 %.  The Court found the child support was based on the                             most current and prospective income.
