SUMMARY: Variation granted; however, university expenses were not apportioned between the parties. Court examined, in detail, the means and conditions of the parties and the two adult children.
ISSUE(S): Should there be a retroactive variation of child support?
Should current and past university expenses be apportioned between the parties?
RESULT: Variation granted with respondent father ordered to pay 50% of outstanding university fees for one adult child, and ordered to pay 60% of university expenses beyond loans and bursaries for another adult child. No retroactive variation granted.
