Summary:                  Child who is 12 years old resided with father in Nova Scotia since March, 2013.  Mother who was upgrading her education had specified access.  The child is a gifted person involved in music and other activities, including art.  She is an A student academically and has lots of friends in Nova Scotia.  The mother moved to Alberta and wanted the child to try it there for at least one school semester.

 

A child wish assessment indicated the child wanted to stay in Nova Scotia with her father.

     

 

Result:                              Child to remain in the care and custody of the father with specified access to the mother.
