Summary: |
The defendant Smithfield Estates Inc. mortgaged lands to the plaintiffs. The other defendants guaranteed the mortgage. Smithfield attempted to arrange new financing but it was unsuccessful. The plaintiffs and third party moved for summary judgment. |
