Summary:

  The Applicant seeks a Permanent Care Order with no                                                      provision for access for the Respondents’ three youngest children.  The Applicant is not opposed to a provision for access for the eldest child.

 

The Court found that the children remain in need of protective services and that risk of harm to the children remained if returned to the Respondent(s).
