Summary:

The accused and another intended to rob a gas station. While their faces were concealed they entered the gas station.  The companion brandished a knife and the accused had a syringe which she removed from the bag.  The accused removed the needle cap and held the syringe in her right hand.  The companion stabbed the attendant with the knife penetrating the attendant on the left side of his chest.  The attendant suffered a 3 inch laceration which required four sutures.  The attendant chased the accused and the companion out of the gas station.

 What is the appropriate sentence?

 

Result:

The accused was sentenced to 54 months incarceration.
