Subject:                Bankrupt with a history of credit card and gambling abuse applied for her discharge.         

 

Issue:          The Registrar decided she had not sufficiently faced her problem.

 

Result:                  Her discharge was refused, but with liberty to reapply in one year, provided she has in the meantime submitted each month to her trustee income and expense sheets and has attended a gambling addiction program.
