By the Court:
[1] It is ordered that S.L.K. shall pay to M.M.H. $20,000. in costs (inclusive of disbursements); which amount shall be set off against the equalization payment payable by M.M.H. to S.L.K. as set out in Paragraph 11 of the Corollary Relief Judgement dated December 23, 2009.
[2] M.M.H. shall maintain life insurance in the amount of $30,000 naming S.L.K. as the beneficiary, to protect against the loss of the periodic spousal support payable. Said life insurance shall decrease by $60,000.00 annually commencing January 1, 2011 until it reaches $0.00.
