Registrar:              Richard W. Cregan, Q.C.

Heard:                  February 12, 2010

Written Decision: April 1, 2010

Subject:                The bankrupt applied for her discharge.  The Trustee recommended that she reimburse the estate for monies borrowed when she knew she was insolvent and not repaid before assignment, that she pay surplus income and that the discharge be suspended for at least two years from when she could have received an automatic discharge, which with prepayment could be as early as July 11, 2010.

Result:                  The recommendation regarding payments made by the Trustee was accepted, but the suspension period was extended so that, notwithstanding prepayment, she cannot be discharged before June 30, 2012.  This is to reflect the seriousness of a number of questionable acts on her part before and after her assignment.
