Summary:                      The accused came upon a motor vehicle accident and crashed into a vehicle stopped in a travel lane -- injuries to five individuals.

 

Issue:                    Was the accused impaired?  Was his impairment a significant contributing cause of the accident?

 

Result:                            The accused was found guilty of driving while impaired and his impairment was a significant contributing cause of the second accident.
