Issue:                          Termination of Permanent Care Order and Termination of Access.

 

Result:                        The mother’s application to terminate the permanent care order was denied because there were no changes in circumstances and because the mother was unable to meet the special needs of the child who had FAS.  The Agency’s application to terminate access was granted.
