Moir, J. :
[1] For the reasons given in National Bank of Canada v. Beals Estate 2016 NSSC 246, I am granting an order in this action that has the effect of precluding the sheriff from charging for attendance at a foreclosure auction conducted by another officer of the court, unless the attendance is requested.
