Summary:      Crown appeal of Respondents acquittal of the charge of operating a motor vehicle while performing a stunt contrary to s. 163 (1) MVA.  Trial judge refused to convict on included offence of speeding   .

Result:             Appeal dismissed.  Trial verdict was reasonably supported by the evidence.  Speeding was not included in the offence charged in the Information.
