∙           Child support, table amount, payable for child living at home; less than the table amount for child living in New Brunswick and attending university eight months of the year.

∙           Father and mother to contribute to son’s university expenses.

∙           No retroactive maintenance where father assumed son’s $28,000 student loan debt, and had contributed to the children’s expenses in the past, and where mother received a $3,500 unequal division of the assets.

∙           Costs of $2,500 awarded to mother because of father’s four year failure to disclose income information contrary to the interim court order.
