Summary:

The School Board brought a motion to dismiss the judicial review because of late filing and a motion to have the judicial review dismissed because the Town did not have public interest standing to bring the judicial review. 

 

Issues:

Should the judicial review be dismissed for late filing or because the Town of Bridgewater does not have public interest standing.

 

Result:

Both motions dismissed, the matter can proceed to a full hearing on the judicial review.
