Summary:       Ms. Lee commenced a provisional application to deal with child support related to a minor child attending university.  Her application requested a variation to the Consent Order of the parties issued on June 25, 2014.  Mr. Hebert did not attorn to the jurisdiction of Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and the matter proceeded as a provisional hearing.  Child Support will continue to be paid by Mr. Hebert in accordance with the Federal Child Support Guidelines.  Mr. Hebert will pay the appropriate table amount of support and shall also contribute proportionally to the section 7 post-secondary expenses of the child
