Summary:                The parties were divorced on February 21, 2013. The CRO required the Applicant to pay monthly spousal support of $3000 to the Respondent commencing February 1, 2013.

 

The Applicant stopped paying spousal support in December 2014. He sought to terminate his obligation to pay spousal support effective December 1, 2014, and set arrears at zero.  

                                    Variation allowed in part on the basis that there has been a material change of circumstances in the condition, means, needs and other circumstances of both parties since April 2016.
