-               Sole custody not appropriate where mother abused defacto sole custody since 2012 separation, and where father had not acted as primary care parent.

-               Shared parenting schedule implemented, based upon fathers eight day work schedule.  Father was an RN; Mother a self employed financial analyst with employment flexibility.
