Robert Thomas Crowe was declared a long-term offender pursuant to s. 753(4)(b) of the Criminal Code.  He was sentenced to 10 years  on the predicate offence, sexual assault causing bodily harm contrary to s. 272(2)(b) C. C. Credited with 1.5 years for each of the 4 years served on remand and long-term supervision for a period of 10 years.
