Summary:

At review of disposition order, contest as to with which parent the children (a nine year old girl and a seven year old boy with autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) should be placed.  Boy’s needs required consistency and routine.  Father could ensure boy remained in school with full-time educational program assistant.
