Following his guilty plea to first degree murder, Dustan Joseph Preeper sentenced the statutory sentence as proscribed by s. 235(1) and 745(a) of the Criminal Code.  Ancillary s. 109 and s. 487.05 C.C. orders imposed.

Following his guilty plea to second degree murder, Dustan Joseph Preeper sentenced the statutory sentence proscribed by s. 235(1) C.C.

Following his guilty plea to second degree murder, Joshua Preeper sentenced the statutory sentence proscribed by s. 235(1) and 745(a) C.C. with the same ancillary order.
