SUMMARY:        Plaintiff wishes to have a person accompany her for I.M.E. by a psychiatrist and to have that person’s professional fee for attendance paid by the defendant.

 

ISSUE:                  Is defendant required to pay costs of person accompanying plaintiff at I.M.E.?

 

RESULT:             In the absence of exceptional circumstances, plaintiff is responsible for cost of person attending I.M.E. with her.
