SUBJECT:           Family Law: interim access, variation of interim  order, meaning of status quo, supervised access, and parental capacity accessment.

 

RESULT:                       Mother granted sole custody given significant communication difficulties between the parties.  Father was awarded unsupervised access.   The request  for a parental capacity assessment was denied.
