DECISION
Facts
[1] This is a supplemental Decision to my Decision and Order in this matter dated May 2, 2019. I determined that the Claimant should be reimbursed the sum of $5,000 upon her releasing her interest in a certain agreement of purchase and sale and her interest in the land covered by that agreement. I gave the Defendant 60 days to arrange and provide that release and failure for him to do so the Claimant had leave to take care of that conveyance and I would add the cost to the judgement.
[2] I have now been provided with a copy of a Quit Claim Deed dated September 2, 2019 signed by the Claimant releasing her interest as well as an invoice for the preparation of that deed in the amount of $150.08. The Claimant represents that she has not been paid.
[3] I will therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of my Order dated May 2, 2019, now issue an Order in favour of the Claimant in the amount of $5,150.08.
Dated at Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, this 15th day of January, 2020.
